1999 Toyota 4Runner — brake fluid is old but still looks clean

OP update: scanned the 1999 Toyota 4Runner again and still only have the one pending code, no new lights. Trying not to diagnose from the couch.

I wouldn't throw parts yet. Loaded-suspension checks on the 1999 Toyota 4Runner catch play that a wheels-hanging inspection misses. That's the branch I'd chase this week. This is from a 1999 Toyota 4Runner in New York. Do that first. Cold start is when I can actually reproduce it.

It did brake fluid is old but still looks twice this week, both times after sitting. No change in mileage feel. Only after sitting overnight so far.
