These Terms govern your use of LookyLeasy (the "Service"), a free marketplace that connects people who want to transfer a vehicle lease with people who want to take one over. 1. The Service is a listing platform only

LookyLeasy does not buy, sell, lease, or transfer vehicles, and is not a party to any agreement between users. We do not facilitate the actual lease transfer, which is handled exclusively by the relevant leasing company. We make no guarantee that any lease can be transferred.

2. User responsibilities

You are responsible for the accuracy of any listing you create and for verifying any listing before acting on it. You agree to confirm transfer eligibility, fees, credit requirements, and liability rules directly with the leasing company.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to post fraudulent, misleading, or unlawful content, not to spam other users, and not to attempt to collect payments outside of an official, leasing-company-approved transfer.

4. No warranty & limitation of liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, LookyLeasy is not liable for any damages arising from your use of the Service or from any transaction between users.

5. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
