2007 Toyota Camry — safest way to handle a test drive with a stranger

Title status is the whole conversation. Bill of sale, VIN, odometer, and names matching the title — I'd want all four on the 2007 Toyota Camry. That's where I'd start. Have you gotten a second quote in writing? Not trying to scare you — just skip the expensive first guess. I'll post OTD once I have two apples-to-apples sheets.
