2013 Toyota Prius — cheap project has enough margin to fix and resell?

I found a running car with cosmetic damage and deferred maintenance at a low price. Before treating it as a flip, how do you budget hidden repairs, title/registration, taxes, transport and selling time? Mostly looking for the right next step.

I'd slow the salesperson down here. I would not wire money until I've seen the 2013 Toyota Prius and the title situation in person or via a trusted PPI. Then the comparison gets honest. If they can't show the line item, I assume it's hiding. A day of patience here is cheaper than a wrong part. Calling insurance in the morning before I reply to the desk.

OP update: I got two written quotes on the 2013 Toyota Prius and the out-the-door gap is bigger than the ads made it look. That's my plan before I call anyone.

Update from me: I finally have sale price, fees, and trade on separate lines for the 2013 Toyota Prius. Might be overthinking it, but I'd rather overthink than overspend.
