2013 Toyota Prius — hybrid fuel economy dropped with no warning light — NYC owner question

2013 Toyota Prius Three, about 47,500 miles. Same commute and driver, but average MPG is down noticeably. Tires are properly inflated. What hybrid-specific data would you inspect before blaming the high-voltage battery? I am in NYC.

If it were in my driveway, a pressure test beats staring at a dry driveway if the 2013 Toyota Prius is losing coolant with no puddle. You'll know quickly if you're on the wrong tree. This is from a 2013 Toyota Prius in NYC with 47,500 miles. Take it or leave it — that's what I'd do. Heat soak after errands is the other window.

Tried a second charger / second scan and the story on the 2013 Toyota Prius didn't change. I'm keeping receipts and dates in one folder.

Quick add on that: If a shop can't duplicate it on the 2013 Toyota Prius, bring a video plus freeze-frame data, not just a story. You'll know quickly if you're on the wrong tree. On “hybrid fuel economy dropped with no warning,” that was the fork that mattered for me. Not gospel, but it saved me a headache. Heat soak after errands is the other window.
