2019 Lexus GS — no crank with full dash power, then it starts later

Twice I have had full lights and accessories but no crank. After waiting a few minutes it starts normally. Battery terminals look clean. What would you want to measure during the actual failure?

Start with the test that can prove you wrong. Get a real battery/charging test on the 2019 Lexus GS, not just resting voltage, before blaming a module. You'll know quickly if you're on the wrong tree. Have you gotten a second quote in writing? That's my plan before I call anyone.

I hear you, though I'd still want a second check. Two 2019 Lexus GSs can feel identical and have different causes, so measure before you copy someone else's repair. That's the branch I'd chase this week. On “no crank with full dash power, then,” that was the fork that mattered for me. Have you gotten a second quote in writing? Might be overthinking it, but I'd rather overthink than overspend.

If it were in my driveway, swap the cheap/easy piece first on the 2019 Lexus GS and see if the fault moves. If the cheap test changes it, stop and reassess. This is from a 2019 Lexus GS in Florida. That's the sequence I'd use. I'd sleep better after that step, even if it finds nothing. That's my plan before I call anyone.

Ask what changed right before it started. A pressure test beats staring at a dry driveway if the 2019 Lexus GS is losing coolant with no puddle. That's the branch I'd chase this week. No need to make it theatrical. I'm keeping receipts and dates in one folder.
