2019 Mazda Mazda3 — how much reconditioning is worth doing before listing?

Car needs tires soon and has a few cosmetic issues. I am not sure whether spending money first will return more in the sale price. What repairs or detailing usually pay back and what should just be disclosed? Mostly looking for the right next step.

Title status is the whole conversation. Meet at a bank or dealer title office for the 2019 Mazda Mazda3, not a parking lot at night. That's where I'd start. I'd want a dollar figure or a measured spec, not 'should be fine.' Going to re-read the worksheet tonight.

Don't get cute with the meetup or the payment. A rushed deposit before you can inspect the 2019 Mazda Mazda3 is enough reason to walk. Then you'll know the next fork. If they can't show the line item, I assume it's hiding. A day of patience here is cheaper than a wrong part. Not wiring anything in the meantime.
