2019 Ram 2500 — is this actually a good used-car deal?

NewCarCollector228Community StarterDec 15, 20252019 Ram 2500 CumminsNYC
2019 Ram 2500 Cummins, about 57,000 miles. The online price looks competitive, but I am trying to judge the entire deal rather than the headline number. What should I compare besides mileage, history, condition and a PPI before deciding what it is worth? Mostly looking for the right next step.

I'd treat this like cash with a paper trail. Bill of sale, VIN, odometer, and names matching the title — I'd want all four on the 2019 Ram 2500. Then you'll know the next fork. On “is this actually a good used-car deal,” that was the fork that mattered for me. This is from a 2019 Ram 2500 in NYC with 57,000 miles. That's the whole play. I asked for the buyer’s order in email, not a text.

Private-party deals fail on paperwork, not vibes. Independent PPI on the 2019 Ram 2500 is cheap insurance versus a seller who “already had a friend look at it.” I'd do that before spending real money. Have you gotten a second quote in writing? I'll update if anything new shows up.

Asking because it changes the advice: Meet at a bank or dealer title office for the 2019 Ram 2500, not a parking lot at night. I'd do that before spending real money. This is from a 2019 Ram 2500 in NYC with 57,000 miles. Was this after sitting overnight? If the title is messy I'm out, full stop.
