2020 Toyota Tundra — would you buy an ex-rental car at the right price?

This started as a small annoyance and I finally decided to track it down. 2020 Toyota Tundra SR5, about 96,500 miles. A former rental is cheaper than privately owned examples and has frequent service records. Cosmetics show normal wear. What extra inspection points matter because of rental use?

Walk if they won't put it on a buyer’s order. Two 2020 Toyota Tundra quotes only help if both include tax, title, and the same options. Screenshot the worksheet if you can. Had a similar mess a couple years ago and that's what finally sorted it. Your commute and mine probably aren't the same, but the test still applies. Going to compare one more dealer before I decide.

Asking because it changes the advice: If one piece looks too good on the 2020 Toyota Tundra, hunt doc fees, accessories, and the APR next. Screenshot the worksheet if you can. Was this after sitting overnight? If the title is messy I'm out, full stop.

Quick add on that: Ask for out-the-door on the 2020 Toyota Tundra with fees, add-ons, and rate on separate lines. Do that before you talk monthly again. On “would you buy an ex-rental car at,” that was the fork that mattered for me. Was this after sitting overnight? I'd rather look cautious in this thread than stuck later.

I'd want competing paper, not competing stories. A written buyer’s order on the 2020 Toyota Tundra is worth more than any verbal “we’ll make it work.” If they balk, that's your answer. Had a similar mess a couple years ago and that's what finally sorted it. I'd sleep better after that step, even if it finds nothing. If this is nothing, great. I want that in data.

I'd push back a little: If they're pushing term length to shrink the payment, the 2020 Toyota Tundra price probably got worse. Screenshot the worksheet if you can. Verbal 'we'll take care of it' is not a plan. Doc fee is the line I'm watching.
