2021 Mazda CX-5 — ceramic coating is glossy but paint still got light swirls

2021 Mazda CX-5 Turbo, about 89,000 miles. The coating beads well, but I still accumulated light marring. I assume wash/dry technique is the real issue. Which contact step causes the most avoidable damage? Mostly looking for the right next step.

Write down what you already tried. A second data point from another 2021 Mazda CX-5 owner helps more than a generic diagnosis. I'd do that before spending real money. This is from a 2021 Mazda CX-5 in Portland with 89,000 miles. If you share a photo of the worksheet, easier to sanity-check. I'd rather be boring and correct. This is the version I'd tell a friend.
