2021 Mazda CX-5 Turbo — question: Good independent shop for a pre-purchase inspection?

2021 Mazda CX-5 Turbo, about 78,000 miles. Looking at a used car locally and want a genuinely independent PPI, preferably someone familiar with this brand. What do you ask the shop to include besides a basic scan and lift inspection? Appreciate any ideas on what to check first.

Get the messy numbers in writing first. Keep sale price, trade, and financing split on the 2021 Mazda CX-5 so a “good payment” cannot bury a worse deal. If they balk, that's your answer. On “5 turbo — question: good independent shop,” that was the fork that mattered for me. This is from a 2021 Mazda CX-5 in New Jersey with 78,000 miles. If you share a photo of the worksheet, easier to sanity-check. Climate here is different, so treat that as a local data point. I'd rather look cautious in this thread than stuck later.

The trap is a pretty payment hiding a worse car price. If one piece looks too good on the 2021 Mazda CX-5, hunt doc fees, accessories, and the APR next. That's the part that actually changes the decision. This is from a 2021 Mazda CX-5 in New Jersey with 78,000 miles. Just my two cents from doing this recently. Doing the boring step first on purpose.
