2022 Genesis GV70 3.5T — cPO luxury SUV or brand-new mainstream SUV?

Budget works for either a lightly used luxury SUV or a new mainstream model with a full warranty. I'm more worried about three-to-five-year ownership cost and service downtime than the purchase price. How would you compare them? Appreciate any ideas on what to check first. What am I missing?

I'd slow the salesperson down here. In Orange County, insurance quotes flipped a 2022 Genesis GV70 comparison for me more than the sale price did. That's the part that actually changes the decision. This is from a 2022 Genesis GV70 in Orange County. Monthly payment math is how wallets disappear. That's coming from doing this as an owner, not a shop. I'm in no rush to be a hero on it.

If you share a photo of the worksheet, easier to sanity-check. That's coming from doing this as an owner, not a shop. If the title is messy I'm out, full stop.
