2022 Toyota RAV4 — preventive cleaning of the hybrid battery cooling fan — trying to narrow this down

2022 Toyota RAV4 Hybrid XSE, about 52,000 miles. The car carries pets and sees dusty conditions. Is inspecting or cleaning the battery cooling intake/fan a reasonable preventive job when the service procedure allows it?

I'd want a measurement, not a hunch. Capture voltage while the 2022 Toyota RAV4 is actually failing — after it restarts you've lost the clue. If the cheap test changes it, stop and reassess. I'd want a dollar figure or a measured spec, not 'should be fine.' Not trying to scare you — just skip the expensive first guess. Trying not to diagnose from the couch.

Start with the test that can prove you wrong. A pressure test beats staring at a dry driveway if the 2022 Toyota RAV4 is losing coolant with no puddle. If the cheap test changes it, stop and reassess. Run the total, not the monthly, before you commit. Happens in gear, not in park, for what that's worth.
