2023 Mercedes-AMG C43 — car died once at a light and restarted immediately

2023 Mercedes-AMG C43, about 12,000 miles. The engine shut off at a stop once, restarted right away, and has been normal since. No warning stayed on. What data or checks would you prioritize before trusting it on a long trip? I would rather test this logically than replace parts. I am trying not to assume the first explanation I see online.

Write down what you already tried. A second data point from another 2023 Mercedes-AMG C43 owner helps more than a generic diagnosis. That's where I'd start. Learned this the expensive way on a previous car. Might be overthinking it, but I'd rather overthink than overspend.

Useful. I'll report back after I verify that on my 2023 Mercedes-AMG C43. I'm in no rush to be a hero on it.

Owner notes beat generic advice here. On the 2023 Mercedes-AMG C43 in Tampa, I'd fix the thing you'll notice every day before chasing spec-sheet extras. Then you'll know the next fork. On “amg c43 — car died once at,” that was the fork that mattered for me. If they can't show the line item, I assume it's hiding. If your situation is the opposite, ignore me. That's my plan before I call anyone.
