2023 Toyota 4Runner TRD Pro, about 52,500 miles. I was focused on tow rating until I added passengers, cargo and tongue weight. Payload looks like the real constraint. How much buffer do you leave in a family towing setup?

Before you spend money, if it is cylinder-specific on the 2023 Toyota 4Runner, move a coil or plug and see whether the code follows.

I would not stop there. I would want a real battery/charging test, not just resting voltage, before blaming a module.
