2024 Mazda MX-5 Miata — extended warranty on a used luxury car

2024 Mazda MX-5 Miata Club, about 27,500 miles. I am buying a used luxury car just outside factory warranty. Dealer is offering a service contract that is not cheap. What exclusions, labor caps, deductibles and claim rules should I read before deciding?

Hard-won lesson from my last deal: Call your insurer in Boston before you fall in love with the 2024 Mazda MX-5 Miata. Do that before you talk monthly again. On “5 miata — extended warranty on a,” that was the fork that mattered for me. That's the sequence I'd use. If your situation is the opposite, ignore me. That's my plan before I call anyone.

The trap is a pretty payment hiding a worse car price. Two 2024 Mazda MX-5 Miata quotes only help if both include tax, title, and the same options. That's the part that actually changes the decision. Happy to compare notes if your setup is different. I'll update if anything new shows up.
