2024 Ram 1500 — my model year is in a recall article but my VIN is not — Cleveland owner

2024 Ram 1500 Limited, about 35,500 miles. News says my model year is involved, but the VIN lookup shows no open recall. Is that usually because only certain build ranges are affected, or can the databases lag?

I'd keep this practical. Verify the cheap/easy branch on the 2024 Ram 1500 before a big repair or a big spend. That's where I'd start. If they can't show the line item, I assume it's hiding. Worth doing even if the car feels fine right now. This is me being the wet blanket on purpose.

Agree — and I'd add this: A second data point from another 2024 Ram 1500 owner helps more than a generic diagnosis. I'd do that before spending real money. Post the numbers (or the code) and people can get more specific. If this is nothing, great. I want that in data.
