Thinking about sending an oil sample in mostly to establish a baseline. For a normal street car, which numbers are actually useful over time and which ones do people overreact to? I'm in Las Vegas. If I fix it I'll come back and update the thread.

Agree — and I'd add this: A second data point from another 2024 Toyota Tacoma owner helps more than a generic diagnosis. That's where I'd start. Stop there until you know. This is the version I'd tell a friend.

Fair point. Counterpoint: If it still isn't clear on the 2024 Toyota Tacoma, a specialist hour can be cheaper than another round of parts. I'd do that before spending real money.
