2025 Toyota Camry — should I tell the dealer I am paying cash up front? — trying to narrow this down

I do not need financing, but I keep hearing conflicting advice about when to mention that. I mostly want a clean transaction.

I would not stare at the monthly. If they're pushing term length to shrink the payment, the 2025 Toyota Camry price probably got worse. That's the part that actually changes the decision. Did the worksheet show tax yet? That's coming from doing this as an owner, not a shop. If the VIN lookup is clean I'm still doing PPI.

Same neighborhood, different next step: Ask for out-the-door on the 2025 Toyota Camry with fees, add-ons, and rate on separate lines. If they balk, that's your answer. On “should i tell the dealer i am,” that was the fork that mattered for me. A shop burned me once by skipping that step. If GAP is bundled I'm making them unbundle it.

If I were shopping this, two 2025 Toyota Camry quotes only help if both include tax, title, and the same options. That's the part that actually changes the decision. This is from a 2025 Toyota Camry in Central Jersey. Write the result down so the next test isn't a repeat of the last one. Your commute and mine probably aren't the same, but the test still applies. Doc fee is the line I'm watching.
