Who is actually discounting below MSRP in this region?

Inventory looks better but dealer quotes still vary a lot. I'm not looking to name-and-shame anyone—just trying to get a sense of whether people are seeing real discounts locally before I drive two hours. Trying to diagnose before I book a shop. What am I missing?

Don't overfit one forum story to your car. If it still isn't clear on the 2021 Range Rover Sport, a specialist hour can be cheaper than another round of parts. Then you'll know the next fork. Do that first. If the story changes I'll post the new data.

I'd keep this practical. Verify the cheap/easy branch on the 2021 Range Rover Sport before a big repair or a big spend. Then you'll know the next fork. This is from a 2021 Range Rover Sport in Phoenix. When does it actually happen? Your commute and mine probably aren't the same, but the test still applies. Doing the boring step first on purpose.

Write down what you already tried. A second data point from another 2021 Range Rover Sport owner helps more than a generic diagnosis. I'd do that before spending real money. I'd want that in writing, not as a promise. If this is nothing, great. I want that in data.
