2004 Toyota Land Cruiser — windshield replacement created a highway whistle

NewCarCollector228Community StarterDec 5, 20252004 Toyota Land CruiserPhoenix
2004 Toyota Land Cruiser, about 147,000 miles. A windshield was replaced and now there is a whistle around highway speed that did not exist before. Glass looks seated. Any simple way to locate the air leak before taking it back? I am in Phoenix.

I wouldn't throw parts yet. Move a coil or plug on the 2004 Toyota Land Cruiser if it's cylinder-specific and see whether the code follows. That's the branch I'd chase this week. Write the result down so the next test isn't a repeat of the last one. Your commute and mine probably aren't the same, but the test still applies. Might be overthinking it, but I'd rather overthink than overspend.
