2007 Toyota Camry — humming rises with road speed, not engine RPM — Chicago owner question

2007 Toyota Camry LE, about 187,500 miles. There is a low hum that rises with road speed regardless of engine RPM. Turning slightly left or right changes the sound. Is that enough to suspect a wheel bearing, or what else should I rule out?

Write down what you already tried. A second data point from another 2007 Toyota Camry owner helps more than a generic diagnosis. That's where I'd start. That's the sequence I'd use. I'd sleep better after that step, even if it finds nothing. Might be overthinking it, but I'd rather overthink than overspend.
