2008 Honda Accord — engine fits but driveline angle is not ideal

2008 Honda Accord EX-L, about 172,000 miles. Mock-up clears the steering and firewall, but getting the transmission output lined up perfectly would require moving the engine. How much should packaging be compromised to improve driveline geometry?

If it were mine, swap the cheap/easy piece first on the 2008 Honda Accord and see if the fault follows.

OP here — I recorded a short video and noted speed, temp, and whether it was in gear. That is from a 2008 Honda Accord in Nashville, so take the climate with a grain of salt.

One thing that mattered for me: if it is cylinder-specific on the 2008 Honda Accord, move a coil or plug and see whether the code follows.
