2008 Honda Accord — steering wheel vibration only at one highway speed

2008 Honda Accord EX-L, about 225,500 miles. The car is smooth around town, but there is a noticeable steering-wheel vibration in a narrow highway speed range. It gets better again above that speed. Tires look normal at a glance. What would you test first before replacing anything? I am in Houston.

Ask what changed right before it started. A pressure test beats staring at a dry driveway if the 2008 Honda Accord is losing coolant with no puddle. If the cheap test changes it, stop and reassess. This is from a 2008 Honda Accord in Houston with 225,500 miles. Run the total, not the monthly, before you commit. That's coming from doing this as an owner, not a shop. Parking it somewhere I can hear it better next time.
