2016 Chevrolet Camaro — dealer cannot reproduce an intermittent warning

TowScout224Community StarterMay 6, 20262016 Chevrolet Camaro SSBay Area
2016 Chevrolet Camaro SS, about 118,500 miles. I have brought the car in twice for the same intermittent warning and both visits ended with could-not-reproduce. I have video and timestamps. What is the best way to build a useful paper trail?

I'd keep this practical. Verify the cheap/easy branch on the 2016 Chevrolet Camaro before a big repair or a big spend. I'd do that before spending real money. Post the numbers (or the code) and people can get more specific. Doing the boring step first on purpose.

Write down what you already tried. A second data point from another 2016 Chevrolet Camaro owner helps more than a generic diagnosis. Then you'll know the next fork. If you share a photo of the worksheet, easier to sanity-check. This is the version I'd tell a friend.

Don't overfit one forum story to your car. If it still isn't clear on the 2016 Chevrolet Camaro, a specialist hour can be cheaper than another round of parts. Then you'll know the next fork. This is from a 2016 Chevrolet Camaro in Bay Area with 118,500 miles. Just my two cents from doing this recently. I'm keeping receipts and dates in one folder.

Owner notes beat generic advice here. On the 2016 Chevrolet Camaro in Bay Area, I'd fix the thing you'll notice every day before chasing spec-sheet extras. Then you'll know the next fork. On “dealer cannot reproduce an intermittent warning,” that was the fork that mattered for me. Take it or leave it — that's what I'd do. If your situation is the opposite, ignore me. Wrote this up on my lunch break.
