Ignoring limited-production supercars, which current or recent cars have the ingredients collectors may care about later: drivetrain, design, rarity, enthusiast following, manual availability or a unique platform? I would rather test this logically than replace parts. What would you check next?

Write down what you already tried. A second data point from another 2017 Jeep Grand Cherokee owner helps more than a generic diagnosis. That's where I'd start. Stop there until you know. This is the version I'd tell a friend.
