2018 BMW 340i — online auction photos barely show the underside

Auction listing has lots of cosmetic photos and records, but not much underneath. For an older enthusiast car, what questions or photos would you request before bidding remotely? I would rather test this logically than replace parts.

Treat this like a math problem, not a vibe. A written buyer’s order on the 2018 BMW 340i is worth more than any verbal “we’ll make it work.” Do that before you talk monthly again. Keep sale price, fees, and rate as three different conversations. Sleeping on the number either way.

I'd slow the salesperson down here. If they're pushing term length to shrink the payment, the 2018 BMW 340i price probably got worse. That's the part that actually changes the decision. If they can't show the line item, I assume it's hiding. Not wiring anything in the meantime.

Insurance and tax belong in the comparison, not as a surprise. Call your insurer in Baltimore before you fall in love with the 2018 BMW 340i. If they balk, that's your answer. On “online auction photos barely show the underside,” that was the fork that mattered for me. If it doesn't change the out-the-door or the repair estimate, it's noise. If they get vague again I'm shopping the deal elsewhere.

Asking because it changes the advice: If one piece looks too good on the 2018 BMW 340i, hunt doc fees, accessories, and the APR next. That's the part that actually changes the decision. Keep sale price, fees, and rate as three different conversations. I've seen both outcomes, which is why I'd test instead of assume. If they only talk monthly I'm walking.
