2018 Chevrolet Tahoe — blower works on some speeds but not others

Cabin fan works normally on certain settings and then cuts out or changes speed unpredictably on others. Before replacing the blower motor, what should be checked in the resistor/controller circuit?

Ask what changed right before it started. Write temp, speed, and in-gear vs coast when the 2018 Chevrolet Tahoe does it — then decide on parts. That's the branch I'd chase this week. No need to make it theatrical. Make the next action something you can finish this week. Cold start is when I can actually reproduce it.

I hear you, though I'd still want a second check. Two 2018 Chevrolet Tahoes can feel identical and have different causes, so measure before you copy someone else's repair. If the cheap test changes it, stop and reassess. This is from a 2018 Chevrolet Tahoe in Chicago. That's the sequence I'd use. Only after sitting overnight so far.

Tried a second charger / second scan and the story on the 2018 Chevrolet Tahoe didn't change. Cold start is when I can actually reproduce it.
