2018 Chevrolet Tahoe — dealer cannot reproduce an intermittent warning

ColdStartFan202Community StarterJul 3, 20262018 Chevrolet Tahoe LTNYC
2018 Chevrolet Tahoe LT, about 95,000 miles. I have brought the car in twice for the same intermittent warning and both visits ended with could-not-reproduce. I have video and timestamps. What is the best way to build a useful paper trail? I am in NYC.

Log the conditions before you spend. Capture voltage while the 2018 Chevrolet Tahoe is actually failing — after it restarts you've lost the clue. Don't erase codes until someone who can help has seen them. On “dealer cannot reproduce an intermittent warning,” that was the fork that mattered for me. Any freeze-frame data saved? If your situation is the opposite, ignore me. I'll poke at it this weekend.

Not convinced that's the whole story. Capture voltage while the 2018 Chevrolet Tahoe is actually failing — after it restarts you've lost the clue. If the cheap test changes it, stop and reassess. If they can't show the line item, I assume it's hiding. I'd rather look cautious in this thread than stuck later.
