2018 Infiniti Q50 — lower mileage or better documentation?

2018 Infiniti Q50 Red Sport, about 124,500 miles. I am comparing two older enthusiast cars. One has lower mileage but thin records; the other has more miles and years of invoices. If condition is similar, how much value do you put on documentation? If I figure it out I will update the thread.
