2019 Ram 2500 Cummins, about 46,000 miles. Inspection found several real maintenance items but nothing catastrophic. I still like the car. Do you treat the shop estimate as a dollar-for-dollar negotiation point or just decide whether the asking price still makes sense? I am in Florida.

Private-party deals fail on paperwork, not vibes. Independent PPI on the 2019 Ram 2500 is cheap insurance versus a seller who “already had a friend look at it.” I'd do that before spending real money. Stop there until you know. Doing the boring step first on purpose.
