2020 Acura RDX — no crank with full dash power, then it starts later

2020 Acura RDX SH-AWD, about 70,500 miles. Twice I have had full lights and accessories but no crank. After waiting a few minutes it starts normally. Battery terminals look clean. What would you want to measure during the actual failure? I am in Nashville. Mostly looking for the right next step.

Log the conditions before you spend. Capture voltage while the 2020 Acura RDX is actually failing — after it restarts you've lost the clue. You'll know quickly if you're on the wrong tree. On “no crank with full dash power, then,” that was the fork that mattered for me. Learned this the expensive way on a previous car. I keep a notes app thread for this now.

This is usually cheaper to test than to guess. Get a real battery/charging test on the 2020 Acura RDX, not just resting voltage, before blaming a module. If the cheap test changes it, stop and reassess. Keep sale price, fees, and rate as three different conversations. Only after sitting overnight so far.
