2020 BMW M2 — how much reconditioning is worth doing before listing?

2020 BMW M2 Competition, about 110,500 miles. Car needs tires soon and has a few cosmetic issues. I am not sure whether spending money first will return more in the sale price. What repairs or detailing usually pay back and what should just be disclosed? I would rather test this logically than replace parts.

I'd keep this practical. Verify the cheap/easy branch on the 2020 BMW M2 before a big repair or a big spend. I'd do that before spending real money. This is from a 2020 BMW M2 in Dallas with 110,500 miles. If you share a photo of the worksheet, easier to sanity-check. Doing the boring step first on purpose.

Don't overfit one forum story to your car. If it still isn't clear on the 2020 BMW M2, a specialist hour can be cheaper than another round of parts. That's where I'd start. If you share a photo of the worksheet, easier to sanity-check. That's coming from doing this as an owner, not a shop. I'm in no rush to be a hero on it.

Yes, with one caveat: A second data point from another 2020 BMW M2 owner helps more than a generic diagnosis. I'd do that before spending real money. Keep sale price, fees, and rate as three different conversations. I'd rather be boring and correct. If this is nothing, great. I want that in data.

Owner notes beat generic advice here. On the 2020 BMW M2 in Dallas, I'd fix the thing you'll notice every day before chasing spec-sheet extras. Then you'll know the next fork.
