2021 Hyundai Palisade — ceramic coating is glossy but paint still got light swirls

2021 Hyundai Palisade Limited, about 29,500 miles. The coating beads well, but I still accumulated light marring. I assume wash/dry technique is the real issue. Which contact step causes the most avoidable damage?

Not convinced that's the whole story. Verify the cheap/easy branch on the 2021 Hyundai Palisade before a big repair or a big spend. I'd do that before spending real money. Had a similar mess a couple years ago and that's what finally sorted it. I'll update if anything new shows up.
