2021 Mercedes-Benz GLC — dealer cannot reproduce an intermittent warning

2021 Mercedes-Benz GLC 300, about 66,500 miles. I have brought the car in twice for the same intermittent warning and both visits ended with could-not-reproduce. I have video and timestamps. What is the best way to build a useful paper trail?

Write down what you already tried. A second data point from another 2021 Mercedes-Benz GLC owner helps more than a generic diagnosis. Then you'll know the next fork. Was this after sitting overnight? This is the version I'd tell a friend.
