2022 Genesis GV70 — new pads squeal at parking-lot speeds

2022 Genesis GV70 3.5T, about 28,500 miles. Pads and rotors were replaced recently and stopping performance is good, but there is low-speed squeal. Hardware was cleaned and lubricated. How long would you give bedding before inspecting again?

Log the conditions before you spend. Write temp, speed, and in-gear vs coast when the 2022 Genesis GV70 does it — then decide on parts. Don't erase codes until someone who can help has seen them. On “new pads squeal at parking-lot speeds,” that was the fork that mattered for me. This is from a 2022 Genesis GV70 in Florida with 28,500 miles. Do that first. Heat soak after errands is the other window.
