2022 Honda Accord 2.0T Sport — best road-trip car you have actually owned

Not asking for magazine picks. Which car you've personally owned was best for long-distance driving once you factor seats, range, noise, cargo, driver assists and fatigue? I'd rather test this logically than start replacing parts.

New-model numbers always look better than curb weight and tire size. If this is a 2027 reveal, I wouldn't map it onto today's 2022 Honda Accord ownership costs yet. Then you'll know the next fork. On “best road-trip car you have actually owned,” that was the fork that mattered for me. Time, temperature, and whether it's in gear are the notes that actually help a shop. That's my plan before I call anyone.

Software recalls make me ask how much of 'driving' lives in a module now. Check whether your 2022 Honda Accord VIN is actually in the affected batch before you plan a dealer day. That's where I'd start. On “best road-trip car you have actually owned,” that was the fork that mattered for me. Verbal 'we'll take care of it' is not a plan. That's my plan before I call anyone.

Then you'll know the next fork. This is from a 2022 Honda Accord in Denver / Front Range. When does it actually happen? Not trying to scare you — just skip the expensive first guess. This is the version I'd tell a friend.

I parked the 2022 Honda Accord and wrote down what I already tested so I'm not repeating myself. This is the version I'd tell a friend.

I'd wait for the actual TSB/recall population, not the headline. If this is a 2027 reveal, I wouldn't map it onto today's 2022 Honda Accord ownership costs yet. That's where I'd start. A shop burned me once by skipping that step. I'm in no rush to be a hero on it.
