2022 Honda Accord — first HPDE in a stock street car

I am doing my first beginner track day and do not care about lap records. Besides fresh brake fluid, enough pad, good tires and torque checks, what is truly necessary versus internet overkill? If I figure it out I will update the thread.

Don't overfit one forum story to your car. If it still isn't clear on the 2022 Honda Accord, a specialist hour can be cheaper than another round of parts. Then you'll know the next fork. I'd want a dollar figure or a measured spec, not 'should be fine.' A day of patience here is cheaper than a wrong part. I'm keeping receipts and dates in one folder.

Quick add on that: On the 2022 Honda Accord in Austin, I'd fix the thing you'll notice every day before chasing spec-sheet extras. That's where I'd start. On “first hpde in a stock street car,” that was the fork that mattered for me. Run the total, not the monthly, before you commit. Climate here is different, so treat that as a local data point. Wrote this up on my lunch break.
