2022 Toyota RAV4 — buying a car 1,200 miles away without seeing it

This started as a small annoyance and I finally decided to track it down. 2022 Toyota RAV4 Hybrid XSE, about 21,000 miles. A hard-to-find spec is several states away. Dealer has provided video and history, but I have not seen it in person. What is the best remote-buy checklist before sending money? Interested in real owner experience more than guesses.

Walk if they won't put it on a buyer’s order. If one piece looks too good on the 2022 Toyota RAV4, hunt doc fees, accessories, and the APR next. Then the comparison gets honest. This is from a 2022 Toyota RAV4 in Orange County with 21,000 miles. Do that first. If they only talk monthly I'm walking.
