2022 Volvo XC90 — how much reconditioning is worth doing before listing?

2022 Volvo XC90 Recharge, about 55,000 miles. Car needs tires soon and has a few cosmetic issues. I am not sure whether spending money first will return more in the sale price. What repairs or detailing usually pay back and what should just be disclosed?

If I were shopping this, if one piece looks too good on the 2022 Volvo XC90, hunt doc fees, accessories, and the APR next. Then the comparison gets honest. This is from a 2022 Volvo XC90 in Chicago with 55,000 miles. Stop there until you know. Going to compare one more dealer before I decide.

Walked a dealership this week on the 2022 Volvo XC90 (55,000 miles) and the doc fee was the tell. PPI guy I use is booked until next week, so I'm waiting.

Don't send a deposit on a phone quote. Two 2022 Volvo XC90 quotes only help if both include tax, title, and the same options. Then the comparison gets honest. Do that first. Calling insurance in the morning before I reply to the desk.

I'd want competing paper, not competing stories. GAP, paint, and nitrogen are optional until you run the 2022 Volvo XC90 numbers without them. Do that before you talk monthly again. This is from a 2022 Volvo XC90 in Chicago with 55,000 miles. If it doesn't change the out-the-door or the repair estimate, it's noise. I'd sleep better after that step, even if it finds nothing. Might be overthinking it, but I'd rather overthink than overspend.

Same neighborhood, different next step: Keep sale price, trade, and financing split on the 2022 Volvo XC90 so a “good payment” cannot bury a worse deal. Do that before you talk monthly again. On “how much reconditioning is worth doing before,” that was the fork that mattered for me. This is from a 2022 Volvo XC90 in Chicago with 55,000 miles. That's the whole play. That's my plan before I call anyone.
