2022 Volvo XC90 — steering wheel shakes only under highway braking

2022 Volvo XC90 Recharge, about 50,000 miles. Cruising is smooth, but braking from highway speed makes the steering wheel shake. Pads still have material. Would you start with rotor runout/thickness variation, hub condition or suspension bushings? Mostly looking for the right next step.

I'd want a measurement, not a hunch. Loaded-suspension checks on the 2022 Volvo XC90 catch play that a wheels-hanging inspection misses. Save the big job until that test fails. This is from a 2022 Volvo XC90 in Nashville with 50,000 miles. Not gospel, but it saved me a headache. I'd rather be boring and correct. Doing the boring step first on purpose.

Asking because it changes the advice: Move a coil or plug on the 2022 Volvo XC90 if it's cylinder-specific and see whether the code follows. Save the big job until that test fails. This is from a 2022 Volvo XC90 in Nashville with 50,000 miles. I'd want that in writing, not as a promise. I'd rather look cautious in this thread than stuck later.
