2023 BMW M340i — would you buy an ex-rental car at the right price?

A former rental is cheaper than privately owned examples and has frequent service records. Cosmetics show normal wear. What extra inspection points matter because of rental use?

The trap is a pretty payment hiding a worse car price. I would not wire money until I've seen the 2023 BMW M340i and the title situation in person or via a trusted PPI. Then the comparison gets honest. Did the worksheet show tax yet? Doc fee is the line I'm watching.

Treat this like a math problem, not a vibe. A written buyer’s order on the 2023 BMW M340i is worth more than any verbal “we’ll make it work.” If they balk, that's your answer. Any freeze-frame data saved? Might be overthinking it, but I'd rather overthink than overspend.

Quick add on that: A written buyer’s order on the 2023 BMW M340i is worth more than any verbal “we’ll make it work.” If they balk, that's your answer. On “would you buy an ex-rental car at,” that was the fork that mattered for me. Run the total, not the monthly, before you commit. If GAP is bundled I'm making them unbundle it.

I'd slow the salesperson down here. If one piece looks too good on the 2023 BMW M340i, hunt doc fees, accessories, and the APR next. That's the part that actually changes the decision. Not gospel, but it saved me a headache. If the story changes I'll post the new data.

Hard-won lesson from my last deal: Ask for out-the-door on the 2023 BMW M340i with fees, add-ons, and rate on separate lines. Do that before you talk monthly again. On “would you buy an ex-rental car at,” that was the fork that mattered for me. This is from a 2023 BMW M340i in San Diego. I'd want a dollar figure or a measured spec, not 'should be fine.' I'd rather look cautious in this thread than stuck later.

Don't send a deposit on a phone quote. In San Diego, insurance quotes flipped a 2023 BMW M340i comparison for me more than the sale price did. Screenshot the worksheet if you can. Any freeze-frame data saved? Calling insurance in the morning before I reply to the desk.
