2023 Hyundai Ioniq 5 — temperature climbs in traffic but drops once moving

2023 Hyundai Ioniq 5 Limited, about 45,000 miles. Coolant temperature rises while sitting with the A/C on, then drops once the car is moving. Coolant level looks correct. Fans run, but I do not know whether they are reaching full commanded speed. I am in New York. I am trying to get the facts straight before spending money. What would you check next?

This is usually cheaper to test than to guess. Move a coil or plug on the 2023 Hyundai Ioniq 5 if it's cylinder-specific and see whether the code follows. That's the branch I'd chase this week. Any freeze-frame data saved? Not interested in a five-hour wait for a shrug.
