2024 Land Rover Defender — is this actually a good used-car deal? — Brooklyn / diagnosis

The online price looks competitive, but I am trying to judge the entire deal rather than the headline number. What should I compare besides mileage, history, condition and a PPI before deciding what it is worth? I am in Brooklyn. I am trying to get the facts straight before spending money. What would you check next?

Compare apples to apples or you'll get spun. A written buyer’s order on the 2024 Land Rover Defender is worth more than any verbal “we’ll make it work.” Do that before you talk monthly again. Had a similar mess a couple years ago and that's what finally sorted it. Might be overthinking it, but I'd rather overthink than overspend.

I'd slow the salesperson down here. Two 2024 Land Rover Defender quotes only help if both include tax, title, and the same options. Screenshot the worksheet if you can. Stop there until you know. A day of patience here is cheaper than a wrong part. I'm keeping receipts and dates in one folder.

Agree — and I'd add this: GAP, paint, and nitrogen are optional until you run the 2024 Land Rover Defender numbers without them. I'd rather lose the car than buy a foggy deal. On “is this actually a good used-car deal?,” that was the fork that mattered for me. This is from a 2024 Land Rover Defender in Brooklyn. Just my two cents from doing this recently. This is the filter I use when the thread starts repeating itself. If they get vague again I'm shopping the deal elsewhere.

PPI is scheduled. I'm not depositing until I see the 2024 Land Rover Defender notes. If they only talk monthly I'm walking.
