2024 Land Rover Defender — should I tell the dealer I am paying cash up front?

2024 Land Rover Defender 110 P400, about 11,500 miles. I do not need financing, but I keep hearing conflicting advice about when to mention that. I mostly want a clean transaction. Does payment method really change how you should negotiate vehicle price?

Update from me: I finally have sale price, fees, and trade on separate lines for the 2024 Land Rover Defender. I'll post OTD once I have two apples-to-apples sheets.

Walk if they won't put it on a buyer’s order. I would not wire money until I've seen the 2024 Land Rover Defender and the title situation in person or via a trusted PPI. Screenshot the worksheet if you can. Had a similar mess a couple years ago and that's what finally sorted it. Your commute and mine probably aren't the same, but the test still applies. This is me being the wet blanket on purpose.
