I'd keep this practical. Verify the cheap/easy branch on the 2025 Honda Civic before a big repair or a big spend. I'd do that before spending real money. I'd want that in writing, not as a promise. Your commute and mine probably aren't the same, but the test still applies. This is me being the wet blanket on purpose.

This is from a 2025 Honda Civic in Westchester with 10,500 miles. If they can't show the line item, I assume it's hiding. Not trying to scare you — just skip the expensive first guess.
