2025 Honda Civic Sport Touring Hybrid — anyone else: Dealer says they can't reproduce the problem

2025 Honda Civic Sport Touring Hybrid, about 1,200 miles. I've brought the car in twice for an intermittent warning and both times the dealer says no fault found. I have video and timestamps. What's the best way to document this so there's a useful service history if it gets worse? I'd rather test this logically than start replacing parts.

Owner notes beat generic advice here. On the 2025 Honda Civic in Central Florida, I'd fix the thing you'll notice every day before chasing spec-sheet extras. That's where I'd start. On “anyone else: dealer says they can't reproduce,” that was the fork that mattered for me. Had a similar mess a couple years ago and that's what finally sorted it. Wrote this up on my lunch break.

I'd keep this practical. Verify the cheap/easy branch on the 2025 Honda Civic before a big repair or a big spend. Then you'll know the next fork. When does it actually happen? Doing the boring step first on purpose.
