2025 Lucid Air Pure — eV tires wearing much faster than expected

2025 Lucid Air Pure, about 62,000 miles. Rear tires are wearing noticeably faster than I expected even though alignment is supposedly okay. I know weight and torque don't help. Has anyone improved life with rotations, pressure changes, or a different tire without killing efficiency? I'm in Phoenix. If I fix it I'll come back and update the thread.

Insurance and tax belong in the comparison, not as a surprise. A written buyer’s order on the 2025 Lucid Air is worth more than any verbal “we’ll make it work.” If they balk, that's your answer. On “ev tires wearing much faster than expected,” that was the fork that mattered for me. Write the result down so the next test isn't a repeat of the last one. Wrote this up on my lunch break.

Treat this like a math problem, not a vibe. GAP, paint, and nitrogen are optional until you run the 2025 Lucid Air numbers without them. If they balk, that's your answer. Did the worksheet show tax yet? I'd rather be boring and correct. If this is nothing, great. I want that in data.

Walk if they won't put it on a buyer’s order. I would not wire money until I've seen the 2025 Lucid Air and the title situation in person or via a trusted PPI. That's the part that actually changes the decision. Was this after sitting overnight? Not letting add-ons ride along because everyone does.

Coming back with numbers — insurance in Phoenix changed the 2025 Lucid Air comparison more than the sale price did. Calling insurance in the morning before I reply to the desk.

Update from me: I finally have sale price, fees, and trade on separate lines for the 2025 Lucid Air. PPI guy I use is booked until next week, so I'm waiting.

I'd push back a little: Two 2025 Lucid Air quotes only help if both include tax, title, and the same options. Then the comparison gets honest. Have you gotten a second quote in writing? Your commute and mine probably aren't the same, but the test still applies. Not letting add-ons ride along because everyone does.

I'd want competing paper, not competing stories. GAP, paint, and nitrogen are optional until you run the 2025 Lucid Air numbers without them. I'd rather lose the car than buy a foggy deal. This is from a 2025 Lucid Air in Phoenix with 62,000 miles. Do that first. Sleeping on the number either way.

Don't send a deposit on a phone quote. If one piece looks too good on the 2025 Lucid Air, hunt doc fees, accessories, and the APR next. Screenshot the worksheet if you can. Keep sale price, fees, and rate as three different conversations. If the title is messy I'm out, full stop.
