Anyone else: All-weather tires or dedicated winters for mostly-plowed roads?

Most roads here get plowed quickly, but I still deal with cold mornings, slush and a few real storms each year. Trying to decide whether dedicated winters are worth storing another set. Any data points from owners would help.

Insurance and tax belong in the comparison, not as a surprise. GAP, paint, and nitrogen are optional until you run the 1993 Mazda RX-7 numbers without them. If they balk, that's your answer. On “all-weather tires or dedicated winters for mostly-plowed,” that was the fork that mattered for me. This is from a 1993 Mazda RX-7 in Denver / Front Range. Just my two cents from doing this recently. That's my plan before I call anyone.
