Car hesitates once, then drives normally

2022 Cadillac Escalade Sport, about 22,000 miles. Every few days I get a brief hesitation pulling away from a stop. It feels like the engine cuts power for half a second and then everything is normal. No stored light on the dash. Wondering what live data would be worth logging. If I fix it I'll come back and update the thread.

Log the conditions before you spend. Capture voltage while the 2022 Cadillac Escalade is actually failing — after it restarts you've lost the clue. Save the big job until that test fails. On “car hesitates once, then drives normally,” that was the fork that mattered for me. Run the total, not the monthly, before you commit. Climate here is different, so treat that as a local data point. I'd rather look cautious in this thread than stuck later.

Start with the test that can prove you wrong. Two 2022 Cadillac Escalades can feel identical and have different causes, so measure before you copy someone else's repair. Don't erase codes until someone who can help has seen them. Did the worksheet show tax yet? Wrote this up on my lunch break.

Cleared nothing. I want service to see the alert on the 2022 Cadillac Escalade first. Happens in gear, not in park, for what that's worth.
